History of Sunlight

      Beijing Sunlight Law Firm was approved to carry out business by Legal Bureau of Beijing Municipal in July 1993. After more than 10 years hard work, Sunlight has made remarkable achievements on such fields as business negotiation, financial legal business, real estate legal business, reconstruction, purchase and merge of business and specially, intellectual property business.

      Sunlight Law Firm is one of the only seven qualified law firm on foreign related patent across China.

      To expand its intellectual property business and make most of its advantage, Beijing Sunlight Law Firm invested and founded Sunlight Trade Mark and Copyright Firm. With the rapid progress of its business, Beijing Sunlight Law Firm further invested and funded Sunlight Credit Consulting company which has the credit investigation qualification and there are only one company in Beijing and two in Shanghai that have credit investigation qualification. With the foundation of the company, Sunlight has perfected its qualification of providing rights application, legal protect and evidence investigation on intellectual property and other businesses.

      Sunlight is made up by team of senior lawyer, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Public Comptroller, Certified Public Valuer, Certified Public Assessor, Quality Certification and Accreditation Assessor and experts such as patent agent and trademark agent which once worked for departments such as industry and commerce administration, taxation, agriculture, intellectual property, foreign economic and trade, quality inspection and quarantine, aerospace and aviation, watercraft manufacture, foreign exchange administration, medical service, police, customs or were justices or procurators.
